Find the right amount of sessions that you can comfortably fit into your week, commit to them, and start from there. This structure will set you up for success and leave you feeling happier and accomplished as you complete your weekly target!

 

Adjust your session frequency as you progress, to match your current level and time available. Reassess regularly, and find your limits!
