Sometimes life gets busy, and quite often our daily movement is one of the first things we sacrifice! Here are some simple tips to help you stay committed and motivated in your on-demand pilates journey!

Plan your movement sessions for the week!

Planning your sessions for the week will set you up for success. At the beginning of the week, set aside 10 minutes to plan your weekly workouts. 

Browse the mat or reformer CLUTCH Online library, pick your workouts, and write them down!

 

Set your goals and intentions (and remind yourself of them regularly).

What is your why when it comes to pilates? Does it make you feel strong? Is it for long term injury prevention? There are so many reasons to why we include pilates in our lives!! So figure out your reason, what you want to achieve, and remind yourself and reflect back on it often.

 

Choose an accountability buddy.

Family, friend, in-person, online... whatever you choose! Having someone to talk to or do your workout alongside brings a different aspect of motivation to the table! Find someone who knows or shares your goals and intentions and stay motivated and accountable together.

 

Change up your workout location!

That's the benefit of having an on-demand pilates library... you can do it at any time in any place! How about doing an outdoor session, maybe at your local park, beach, or lakeside. The options for this one are endless! Get creative and make that space exciting and inviting.
